Overview
Emilia Marshall is an NPC encountered when completing the Divination task for Portstead Reputation. While doing her laundry, she accidentally spilt a potion on her clothes and now there are stains everywhere. The stains were so powerful that the only way to remove them is with one Scrubbing Tonic potion, which requires the player to obtain 1 Ogre Nail, 1 Explosively-Ended Newt Gills, and 1 Thunderhawk Feather to brew. Upon retrieving the ingredients, she directs the player to a cauldron near the Portstead docks for the player to brew with. After giving her the completed potion, she is relieved that the player helped her get rid of the nasty stains.
