Overview
This event was released in conjunction with the Lunar New Year, on January 28th of 2017, and lasted until the 30th of January. The purpose of the event was to celebrate the Lunar New Year, with 2017 being the year of the Rooster.
Storyline
This event did not have a storyline, as the primary task was purchasing collectables.
Location
The Great Hall Courtyard was decorated for the event, where the majority of the event took place. There were tables scattered around the area with food set out, and the courtyard had a mixture of red and yellow theming. Lanterns floated above the courtyard, ascending into the sky.
A large dragon was put up with an NPC of a smaller dragon declaring “Happy Chinese New Year!”. Students were able to sit on the dragon and pretend to ride it. A marketplace was also set up in the courtyard, and players could purchase a variety of collectables.
