May the Fourth 2018

Overview

The 2018 May the Fourth event started on May 4th and lasted throughout the month.

Storyline

There was no storyline for this event as its primary function was to celebrate the Star Wars franchise and to purchase collectables.

Location

The majority of the event took place in minigames, but there was a Millenium Falcon found near the Boathouse. On board the ship, a Jayoda NPC could be found that allowed players to join the limited time games along with a Rewards NPC.

There were no main storyline quests for this event.

Activities

Minigames

There were two minigames added to /games that players could play for the duration of the event. Star Racing was a sledding-type game where players raced to the finish line on speeders while attempting to avoid dying and being sent back to the previous checkpoint. In Star Battle, players tried to kill the other team, and the team with the most kills won. There was a tournament hosted in Star Battles from May 21st to May 23rd where winning a game gave the player a point. Those with the highest three scores on May 23rd at 12 PM PST got special prizes.
