Poltergeist Team

Overview

The Poltergeist team is a part of the Technology and Development branch. The team is responsible for bringing up feedback from players as well as their own to the Heads of each department. Their job is to listen to the players through different platforms such as the Feedback and Suggestions section on forums, Discord, and even in-game. Poltergeists are also responsible for testing new gameplay and updates before they are released and provide their feedback. Additionally, they also create feedback forms to gather feedback from the playerbase

Requirements

• You must have a Discord account and have a working mic.
• Must have use of your own personal email account.
• You must be at level 71 or above on the server.
• You must be at least 14 years old.
• You must be active on the server. This rank will require you to play at least 7 hours a week on the server.

Responsibilities

• Play through events and gameplay before they are released to give relevant feedback and suggestions on them.
• Constantly keep an open mind to find new ways to improve the server.
• Share and discuss feedback and suggestions from the forums with the team on the team Trello.
• Give opinions on feedback and suggestions brought up in feedback forms after they are sent out to players.
• Send official responses to feedback and suggestions on the forums on behalf of the relevant department.
• Interact with and listen to players in-game and get their thoughts on various gameplay aspects.

Rank Descriptions

Poltergeist

Poltergeists are the entry rank in the Poltergeist team. The Poltergeist’s main responsibility is listening to the players, whether this is on the feedback and suggestions section of the forums, or in-game. They pass this information onto the rest of the team, so it can be discussed and then brought up to the head of the specific department. They also test gameplay and new updates before they are released and leave their feedback. This is all done with the player kept in mind.

Sr. Poltergeist

Sr. Poltergeists inherit the responsibilities of the Poltergeists. They also organise testing sessions, feedback forms and make sure the feedback is submitted in an organised matter. They are a link between the Poltergeists and the Leads & Heads of Departments.

Lead Poltergeist

Lead Poltergeists are the lead(s) of the Poltergeist team. They manage and monitor the team, as well as assist in training.
