Tech Training Team
Overview
The Tech Training team consists of only one role, which is a Tech Trainer. It is a staff-only branch of the Game Design department that consists of Leads/Head Staff, Jr. and Sr. Game Design members who are very confident and knowledgeable in the Potterworld tech. Their job is to provide high quality training of the Potterworld tech to other staff members based on their needs and how they learn best.
Requirements
The Tech Training team currently has no defined requirements. Some general requirements include:
- Must be a current staff member in the Game Design department of Potterworld.
- Actively working with tech to stay up to date with any changes.
- Very knowledgeable and confident on the server’s tech.
- Able to communicate well and teach others.
Responsibilities
- Keeping open communication with fellow staff members to set up training times.
- Training other staff members how to work with the Potterworld tech.
- Help to answer questions people may have regarding the tech.

Tech Trainer
The Tech Training team works together to help train other staff members who might be uncomfortable, unfamiliar, or would just like more knowledge on the Potterworld tech. Tech Trainers are in charge of communicating to those who need tech training, setting up a time with them, training them, and logging it down as to have an idea of where everyone is in their tech training.
