Academics Team
The role of the Academics team is to develop and create the enjoyable classes, challenges, and tournaments on Potterworld. The team works to provide live engagements with the community to receive Academic Credits or Arena Tokens, and can be in a competitive or relaxed setting.
Sub-Departments
Arena
The Arena team work on hosting a variety of tournaments on Potterworld, as well as rewards and fun activities associated with challenges and tournaments.
Academics
The Academics team work on hosting key classes on Potterworld, which can be utilised to assist in core levelling up on the server.
Class Design
Class Design is a team made up of Academics members. Class Helpers have to be accepted through a separate application while Professors are able to join and leave at will. They take the suggestions and feedback of the player base and staff team to make classes and classrooms better. They also come up with new interactive ways to teach classes and work to make classes interesting all the time.
Assistant to Head of Academics
The Assistant to Head of Academics assists the Head of Academics with leading and managing the entire department.
Head of Academics
This is a Head Staff position that runs the entire Academics department. They are in charge of the final decisions made for the team, as well as taking action on any feedback and suggestions.
