Overview
Colton Bell is a friendly NPC that players encounter during the Herbology task for Portstead Reputation. Typically dressed in a long-sleeved flannel shirt and faded jeans, he is usually spotted at the front of his house in Portstead before heading off in search of a new adventure as an avid explorer.
