Overview
Frank Tinsley is an NPC that players will encounter while doing a Squalus Cove Reputation task. Being a busy fisherman who frequents the bustling Squalus Cove docks, he is concerned about its rotten state.
In the Potions task, Frank requires players to help him brew [1 Anti-Wood Rot Potion] with the ingredients that he has already collected. Upon completion, he is grateful and praises players for their great brewing skills. Easily recognisable in yellow fisherman gear, players can catch a glimpse of Frank working hard daily on the Squalus Cove docks.
