Overview
Raven students are having trouble solving the riddle to enter their common room. Francine Cades is in need of your help to solve this troublesome conundrum!
Quest Progression
Begin this quest by talking with the Raven house ghost NPC, Francine Cades, outside of the Raven Common Room.
Dialogue
- [1/3] Hello, there. If you have a moment, there are some students quite stumped by one of the riddles the Eagle Knocker has given to enter the Raven Common Room.
- [2/3] I tried to help, but even I do not know the answer. The riddle is "What holds all of the answers?"
- [3/3] Perhaps the Librarian could be of more help than I. Would you be willing to ask them for advice?
Objective 1 - Speak to the Librarian
Description
Ask the Librarian in the Hogsworth library if they know the answer to the Eagle Knocker's riddle.
Dialogue
- [1/6] Hmmm... Something that holds all the answers... None of the books even within the Restricted Section could fulfil that.
- [2/6] However, there may be one book that could be the answer. Rosalyn Raven once possessed a journal that was lost to time.
- [3/6] My best guess is that this journal could be the answer and if not, its contents may mention the correct answer.
- [4/6] It is rumoured to be within the Room of Hidden Things, though it would take decades to sort through all that has been lost in there. I think I may have an idea to speed things along.
- [5/6] If we find another object belonging to Rosalyn Raven, we could use a tracking charm to link together the two items.
- [6/6] Use the secret passage in the Charms Classroom to get to the Head of Raven's Office and locate an item that once belonged to Rosalyn Raven.

Retrieve an item once belonging to Rosalyn Raven hidden within the Head of Raven's Office. To get there, use the secret passageway inside the Charms Classroom, which is located next to the library.
Objective 3 - Solve the Riddle and return to Francine Cades at the Raven Tower

Find Rosalyn's Journal in the Room of Hidden Things, hidden behind a wall on the 7th floor by the Griffin Common Room, using the tracking spell on [1 Rosalyn's Necklace]. Hover over the necklace to see how to cast the tracking spell. Then, read the journal for the answer and deliver it to Francine Cades near the Raven Common Room.
