Inquisitorial Squad

Overview

The Inquisitorial Squad is a sub-department of the Game Design team. They work to design activities and events for the staff team to bring staff members together on a more personal level. They also work to engage the Potterworld community with monthly hangouts and activities in the form of Community Engagements.


Requirements
  • You must be an “active member” of the Potterworld community,
  • You must have Discord with a working mic and be comfortable talking to others,
  • You must have use of your own personal Gmail account,
  • If you’re a staff member, you must have permission to apply from the Head of your Primary Department,
  • You must be at least 14 years old,
  • You must be at least level 50 on the server,
  • A clean record on Potterworld is recommended.


Responsibilities
  • Working on a team to plan and implement Team Building Activities (TBAs), live Community Engagement events, and staff events,
  • Hosting live Community Engagement events for the server,
  • Regularly engaging with players both in-game and on Discord,
  • Actively communicating with Game Design Leadership,
  • Able to meet deadlines & have the ability to commit and finish a project,
  • Working with other staff and non-staff members to make content for the server.


Rank Descriptions

Inquisitor

The Inquisitor’s main responsibility is to create staff and player activities and events to help bring the player base together, and benefit and encourage the team’s communication.


High Inquisitor

High Inquisitors inherit the responsibilities of Inquisitors, as well as assisting in overseeing the Inquisitors and organising activity and event projects.


Inquisitorial Advisor

The Inquisitorial Advisor inherits the responsibilities of High Inquisitors, as well as helps create scheduling, announce CE times, request packages, and in general helps keep the team on track.


Lead Inquisitor

The lead(s) of the Inquisitorial Squad. They help manage the team and assign tasks to the lower ranks.
