Overview
Shelby is an NPC encountered during the graduate quest A Dangerous Delivery. As Greenshore Harbour’s librarian, she received a letter from an anonymous source who requests to purchase some books. With only a riddle as a clue to the next location, Shelby needs assistance in delivering the order. Shelby can be found in the Greenshore Harbour library, which is by the southern docks of Greenshore Harbour.
