Overview
You try to speak to Larry, but his sentences are more frantic and weirder than usual. You realise that his mind is clouded by the demons of his past and that you should help him by whatever means necessary. Use Revelomency to navigate your way through the many layers of Larry's mind before defeating the demon at its core.
Quest Progression
To begin this quest, speak to Larry inside his home in Eldham Ridge.
Dialogue
- [1/3] Who is this? Get away from me! Oh it's you.
- [2/3] The voices won't stop! My mind is aching. Oh someone help me. Please! Poor Momo! Please help!
- [3/3] Quick, perhaps Yasmine the Scholar has a way for you to help me. The voices! They won't go! I'm begging you. Can you help me?
Objective 1 - Ask Yasmine the Scholar for ideas
Description
Talk to Yasmine the Scholar and see if she knows of any methods you can use to help Larry.
Dialogue
- [1/4] Hey there! How can I help you?
- [2/4] Larry's going on about the voices in his mind? The poor old man. Well, I'm not sure if there's anything I can do to help.
- [3/4] To explain it in the simplest terms, Revelomency is the ability to see inside one's mind. I could never really get into it, but perhaps it might be exactly what you need to help Larry.
- [4/4] Here's the book! I hope it's helpful!
Objective 2 - Use Revelomens to enter Larry’s mind
Description
After receiving a book on Revelomency, go back to Larry and use the newly learned spell to enter his mind.
Dialogue
- [1/3] You're back! Please tell me you've got something.
- [2/3] Revelomency? I vaguely remember hearing about that during my days at Hogsworth, but I can't remember. My mind is clouded and I can't think because of these voices!
- [3/3] Maybe if you use it to enter my mind, you can help get rid of them. Are you ready to use Revelomens on me right now?
Objective 3 - Traverse through the mind
Description
Now that you're in Larry's mind, you must navigate through the different layers and find the core of his mind.
Dialogue
- [1/3] Why is everything misplaced? Larry must be behind all of this. What is wrong with that child? All he does is make things difficult.
- [2/3] It's a good thing that I locked him in his room earlier. After what he did, he deserves to stay in there and learn his lesson! Don't worry about him. Instead, help me put everything back starting with that harp by the front door!
- [3/3] Oh I'm sure after putting that harp back with the other instruments, you'll find other items thrown around at every corner of this house! I'm always picking one thing up, then putting it away, just to find another item lying around right next to the last! How DARE that child disrespect me and this house! I won't be planning on letting Larry out myself anytime soon.
Objective 4 - Defeat Larry’s Inner Demon
Description
Fight Larry's Demon in hopes to finally bring him peace.
Objective 5 - Check in with Larry
Description
Now that Larry's Inner Demon has been defeated, talk to Larry in his home and see how he feels.
Dialogue
- [1/2] It has finally stopped! I can't believe that you were actually able to get rid of them. Now, I can finally live happily and without worry.
- [2/2] You have no idea how grateful I am for what you've done for me. I don't have much, but take these as a form of thanks!
Tips
- It is optional to stop and fight any mobs when travelling through Larry’s mind until you reach his final demon.
- If killed from a mob inside Larry’s head, speak to Larry again to re-enter his mind and continue the quest.
