Overview
Wilbert Finnigan is an NPC that appears in the year three quest Brew Your Brew. He is an old House Elf who frequently sells Pumpkin Punch in Carket Market. Because Pumpkin Punch is so popular, Wilbert tends to run out of it. He usually gets the Punch from the Enchanted Pumpkin Company located in Vertick Alley, but unfortunately they can sometimes run a bit behind on their deliveries. During the quest he asks for players to check out what the hold up for the Pumpkin Punch is at their headquarters. Wilbert Finnigan can be located in Carket Market in London.
