Overview
Billy Carr is an NPC encountered while completing the Cooking Task for Edgebrook Reputation. Billy wants to show appreciation for his family by cooking dinner for them, but he needs some help. Since his family loves Predictise Meat, he needs the player to obtain three Predictise Meat and heat it. After the player cooks the meat, Billy is grateful for the help and gives the player a small reward.
