Overview
Frank is an NPC encountered during the graduate quest Well Water Well-Being. As the owner of some crop fields, Frank can be found standing beside a well on the outskirts of Greenshore Harbour, which lie towards the southern end of town. He begrudgingly refuses to deal with an issue with the crops being poisoned. However, his son, Simon, is adamant that someone is sabotaging the crops and requests help in figuring out what is wrong. After talking to Frank, players may need to talk to Frank’s friend, Clara, for additional assistance.
