Overview
The well water in Greenshore has been tainted! Help the good people of Greenshore clean the well, or the town will soon become inhabitable!
Quest Progression
To begin this quest, speak to the Simon NPC, who is inside his house in Greenshore Harbour.
Dialogue
- [1/2] Hello there, I'm in desperate need of help. My father is refusing to deal with an issue with our crops. For some unknown reason, they've been poisoned!
- [2/2] Please say that you'll help us?
Objective 1 - Investigate the well
Description
Simon wants you to help figure out what is wrong with the well. His father, Frank, lives on the outskirts of town on the south side, next to the forest and may have some insight. He should be by the well.
Dialogue
Frank before investigating the well
- [1/3] You want to know why my plants are dying? That's none of yer business! It's that damn poisoned well's business. Oh Merlin's pants! Did I say that out loud?
- [2/3] Well, I might as well tell you the full story. The well water was mysteriously poisoned a few weeks ago. I would sure appreciate it if you climbed down into it to investigate what is going on.
- [3/3] Return to me if you find anything suspicious.
Frank after investigating the well
- [1/2] You did find something in that well? Well I'll be!
- [2/2] To treat the poison, talk to my friend Clara down at the Farming Supplies shop. Will you help me?
Objective 2 - Find a cure
Description
Locate Clara at the Farming Supplies shop for instruction, then obtain [1 Toxin-Remover Kit]. Once you have obtained the kit, bring it to Dr. Lin on Greenshore Island.
Dialogue Clara before finding the kit
- [1/2] Howdy there kiddo! You're here because Frank sent you over? His well is poisoned?! Oh my!
- [2/2] You can find the [1 Toxin-Remover Kit] through the back door behind me. I keep it in the storeroom for safekeeping purposes. It's all yours if you can find it in that mess, though!
Dr. Lin
- [1/3] You're missing ingredients from the [1 Toxin-Remover Kit]? I know I have all of them somewhere, but it might be quite the search...
- [2/3] The [1 Mandrake Salve] is somewhere in the office. If you dig around in there, I'm sure you'll find it. The [1 Fool's Gold] is in the safe under my shop. I don't quite remember the code... you're going to have to figure it out yourself! Lastly, the [1 Sizzling Strawberry] is somewhere around town. I believe there are directions on how to find it on top of my desk.

Objective 3 - Craft the toxin remover
Description
Return to the well and heal it using the [1 Toxin-Remover Kit]. Return to Frank once you have successfully cured the well.
Dialogue
- [1/1] You've healed the well? Aw shucks, I'm thankful for ya, even though I didn't want to admit I needed help. Here is your reward for doing this!
Tips
- While in the well, try to stay on the edge of the water! It will help when trying to get back up.
