Overview
Mayor Otto is an NPC encountered during the graduate quest The Coalescence. He is located towards the south of West Walden near the forest, where he will give the player the quest. He will ask the player to attend a meeting between East and West Walden to reunite the town. If the meeting goes well, he will be grateful and thank the player. If the meeting goes badly, he will blame the failure on the player’s choices.
