The Daily Diviner

Overview

The Daily Diviner is a publicised newspaper that features multiple editorial and creative articles which focus on Potterworld and the wizarding world. It features a multitude of columns that are written by the Daily Diviner Team. The publication is produced every two weeks and can be accessed through the Potterworld website and in-game in book form.

Columns

Five columns are featured in the Daily Diviner. These include Feature, Editorial, Student Spotlight, Lifestyle, and Original Works.

• Feature: Feature articles are the largest article of each Daily Diviner issue. They primarily discuss an important or new feature that is a part of the server or will soon be released.
• Editorial: Editorial articles are informative and opinion-based articles that focus on current Potterworld events, such as gameplay and community updates.
• Student Spotlight: Student Spotlight articles are mainly interview-based and focus on Potterworld players and their skills or talents.
• Lifestyle: Lifestyle articles can cover an array of different topics that focus on the daily life of wizards and witches.
• Original Works: Original Works articles are creative pieces, such as stories and poems.

Accessing the Publication

The Daily Diviner can be purchased for free from the News Seller NPCs that are located in major towns around the map. Past issues of the Daily Diviner can be accessed through visiting the Daily Diviner building in Diagonal Lane and talking to the Edition Seller NPC. The publication can also be accessed through the Potterworld website.

Trivia

• The Daily Diviner originally was three separate publications- The Quibbler, Daily Prophet, and Witch Weekly. These publications were then combined to form one publication of the Daily Diviner.
• The Daily Diviner used to not have numerous columns. Instead it was split into only server and Roleplay news.
