Overview
Willow is an NPC players encounter in the quest A Repair for a Ride. She is located in her home at Appleby Village and assists the player in crafting tools in order to fix the Boat Captain’s boat. Upon interacting, she states that she was preoccupied at the time, but is still friendly enough to guide the player in the right place of the tools.
