Overview
Coby Lowe is an NPC that can be encountered during the graduate quest The Walden Dilemma. He is one of Marley Hamilton’s neighbours in East Walden that Marley asks players to help out. Coby is in charge of the power that runs through a majority of the houses in West Walden. However, because some residents have not paid their power bill, he asks that players head over and turn off the power of three houses. Coby Lowe can be found standing in his home located in Walden.
