Overview
Emelia Grant is an NPC encountered during the graduate quest The Walden Dilemma. She is located on a dock in East Walden, where she can be helped during the third objective of the quest. She requires help with her boat, which is having trouble starting. Players have to fix the engine on her boat by putting the circuits back together.
