Tess, the dedicated and hardworking Mayor of Tristmoor, can be found in front of her house next to a Taskboard. This NPC is encountered during the Potions Task for Tristmoor Reputation. She needs the player to finish her Purification Potion by adding one Sneeler Slime to it in order to clean the nearby hazardous stream for the townsfolk to use.
