Overview
Omar is an NPC encountered during the graduate quest Devious Dinner. He is one of the guests attending a dinner at the Wayne Manor and is also suspected to have stolen Wayne’s diary. Omar loves to cook and therefore when he is interrogated, it is learned that he has been sharing recipes with the chef all night. Omar can be found standing in the kitchen of Wayne Manor located in Walden.
