Overview
To start this quest, the player must find Via Oxley in the Hospital Wing. As the quest is a part of the Rising Healer storyline, the player must be at least level 50 and must have completed Rising Healer: United.
Quest Progression
To start this quest, players must speak to Via Oxley in the Hospital Wing of Hogsworth.
Dialogue
[1/5] [Player’s username]! It is so great to see you again, how have you been?
[2/5] Good to hear! I have been doing alright myself, a little nervous though.
[3/5] As you can see, Madam Lillian finally asked me to be her apprentice!
[4/5] She told me that today will be my first project, and I am scared to mess up.
[5/5] Do you think you could come with me and help out today?
Objective 1 - Learn Medical Basics
Description
After accepting Via Oxley’s request, the player talks to Madam Lillian. The player then has to gather essential healing ingredients for their very own Medi-Kit.
Dialogue
[1/2] Thank you so much, I don’t know what I would do without you.
[2/2] Let’s go talk to Madam Lillian.
Madam Lillian
[1/6] Alright Via, I hope you are ready because there is much to do.
[2/6] Oh hello [player’s username]! Will you be joining us?
[3/6] Wonderful. The first thing I must teach you both is the essentials for any good healer.
[4/6] Healers must be many things, but most importantly- You must always be prepared.
[5/6] When I was first starting out, my mentor gave me a kit that I have kept with me ever since. I hope to do the same for both of you.
[6/6] Though it is currently empty, please take this [1 Medi-Kit] and be sure not to lose it. You will utilise this to store all tips, tricks, items, and recipes as you learn the art of healing.
Player is given the Medi-Kit
[1/4] Now that you have this kit, your first task is quite simple.
[2/4] Look around the Hospital Wing for the five most essential healing remedies.
[3/4] I have cast a spell on them to make them sparkle so they should be easier to find.
[4/4] When you pick them up, you can view them inside your Medi-Kit.
After the player has obtained all remedies
[1/6] Congratulations to the both of you. You now have access to healing treatments in your Medi-Kit.
[2/6] This should be where you go first if you are in need of an item or potions or are unsure of which spell to use.
[3/6] When you look inside the kit, there is an option to travel inside of it. If you need to retrieve an item, this is the only way to pick something up from your storage.
[4/6] Now that you have learned about these essentials, I want to see you put them to use.
[5/6] Take this [1 Warp Key to Hogsend]. Once you are there, locate Kian Read, Alyssia Hussain, and Mylo Oxley. I have been informed that each of these students need assistance.
[6/6] Good luck, students, return to me once you have helped them.
Objective 2 - Help Kian Read
Description
Madam Lillian sends Via and the player on a journey to heal a few Hogsworth students in Hogsend using their newfound knowledge. First on the list is Kian Read, who has a torn scarf which is causing a bad cold.
Dialogue
Kian Read
[1/5] *Sneeze*
[2/5] Sorry about that, I haven’t been feeling well lately.
[3/5] I have had a stuffy nose, a fever, and in general just have had a cold.
[4/5] Oh, and to top it all off, my scarf ripped, and I am extra cold without it.
[5/5] Do you think you could fix my scarf? Also if you have anything that- *cough* helps with a cold I would be grateful.
Via Oxley
[1/2] Awh poor kid. He really is not feeling well.
[2/2] I think maybe he needs a potion of some sort. Can you check in the Medi-Kit for something that may work?
Kian Read
[1/4] My scarf! Thank you so much.
[2/4] Oh, and a potion?
[3/4] This looks just like what my mum used to give me when I wasn’t feeling well.
[4/4] Thank you guys for everything, I already can tell this will help.”
Objective 3 - Help Alyssia Hussain
Description
Next, Via and the player move on to poor Alyssia, who is being bullied for her acne.
Dialogue

[1/5] Are you here to mock me too?
[2/5] Haha. I know it is so funny that I have acne.
[3/5] Oh, wait, you want to help me?
[4/5] That is really kind of you. I have been getting bullied all day by these meanies in the Spectre Lounge.
[5/5] Do you have any tricks to getting rid of acne you could show me?
Via Oxley
[1/4] Kids are so mean sometimes.
[2/4] I really want to help her, I think there was something we got today that helps clear up acne.
[3/4] Check the Medi-Kit for something that starts with “B” I believe.
[4/4] And you should probably have a word with the students in the Spectre Lounge as well.
Alyssia Hussain
[1/4] They are all gone? Thank you. What are your names again?
[2/4] [Player’s username] and Via Oxley. I will remember you two.
[3/4] Oh my goodness and you got me something to help?

Objective 4 - Help Mylo Oxley
Description
Via’s brother is visibly hurt but refuses to talk to her. The player and Via have to find a way to help him.
Dialogue
Via Oxley
[1/5] Hey [player’s username], wait a second, don’t talk to him yet.
[2/5] Listen, Mylo is my brother and we don’t really er- get along.
[3/5] My mom is very strict and has him practically brainwashed. He isn’t going to talk to me, but I can already tell that he has twisted his wrist again.
[4/5] When you talk to him, he is going to try to run so you will need to chase him.
[5/5] If you can chase him far enough, it will be enough of a distraction for me to cast a spell on him.
Mylo Oxley
[1/2] Why can’t you just leave me alone?
[2/2] I don’t know you, all I know is you are friends with my sister so go away!
Via Oxley
[1/1] Saniteris!
Mylo Oxley
[1/3] You aren't allowed to heal people, Via!
[2/3] Mom is going to kill you when I tell her.
[3/3] You are supposed to take over the shop, not whatever you want to do.
Via Oxley
[1/1] I don't want that dusty old wand shop, Mylo, I want to help people. Please don't tell her.
Mylo Oxley
[1/2] I don't care, I promised mom I would watch out for your stunts this year since I finally am here.
[2/2] Maybe you will learn.
Objective 5 - Return to Madam Lillian
Description
After finally finishing Madam Lillian’s project, the player and Via return to the Hospital Wing. Dialogue
Via Oxley
[1/5] *Sniff* I am sorry you had to see that.
[2/5] You see, my family owns a wand shop, and it is passed down to the firstborn female.
[3/5] I don't want to take over it but my mom is going to make me.
[4/5] Anyways, don't worry about that. We should get back to Hogsworth.
[5/5] Take this [1 Warp Key to Hogsworth] so we can go back to Madam Lillian.
Madam Lillian
[1/4] I am quite impressed you two.
[2/4] You show great promise. I will be keeping your Medi-Kits here for safekeeping till you have learned enough to be trusted with it permanently.
[3/4] As a reward for your assistance [player’s username], here is the spell Via used on Mylo. You can use this if your friends ever need healed and you don't have the kit.
[4/4] Both of you keep up the good work!
Tips
- This quest has good practice using our Ice Skating mechanics! Avoid the snow around Hogsend so you can chase Mylo.
