Overview
Cleo Burke is an NPC encountered during the graduate quests The Walden Dilemma and The Coalescence. As a resident of West Walden, she owes money to her landlord, Marley Hamilton of East Walden. Unfortunately, Cleo has not been keeping up with her bills this month and Marley requests that players evict her from her house across the church in West Walden. In The Walden Dilemma quest, players will need to choose whether or not to listen to Marley’s request.
Later on, in The Coalescence quest, players meet Cleo at a town hall meeting run by Mayor Otto. There, the subject of discussion is a treaty to reunite West and East Walden. Both are separated by wealth inequality with the richer community in East Walden and the poorer community in West Walden. Cleo is a strong advocate of this treaty and believes that both communities have hard workers.
