The Store Owner NPC can be interacted with in London, Diagonal Lane, in the Broomstix Store opposite the bank. The Store Owner is a part of the Broomstix Break-in quest. The Store Owner is also the NPC in which you can craft brooms with broom recipes and the right materials and gold with help from the Broom Vendor.
