Overview
Shelby is an NPC you encounter during the graduate quest A Dangerous Delivery. As Greenshore Harbour’s librarian, she has received a letter from an anonymous source who requests to purchase some books. With only a riddle as a clue to the next location, Shelby needs your assistance in delivering their order. You can find her in the library, which is by the southern docks of Greenshore Harbour.
