Overview
The Social Media Team consists of only one role, which is a Social Media Publisher (SMP). An SMP’s role as a team is to come together and come up with the content for the social media accounts such as Twitter and Instagram. The social media accounts allows for the staff team to keep players up to date with some of the newest updates, store releases and the latest videos posted to our YouTube channel. SMP’s also request all of the graphics that are used on the social media accounts along with preparing for special monthly events, with their posts aiming to interact with the player-base as best as they can to create a positive bond between staff and players.
Requirements
- Must have been a team member (staff or non-staff) for at least 1 month.
- Must have permission from your primary Head of Department before applying.
- Basic experience with social media platforms is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deciding the content for Potterworld's social media platforms
- Coming up with eye-catching captions for posts
- Planning, organizing, and judging competitions held on social media
