Overview
Anita is an NPC that you meet in the year six quest Troubled Waters. She is a boat owner who wonders why you are curious about using her boat. However, she is willing to lend you her boat for the price of a Yew Fishing Rod. You can find Anita located near her boat on the shore of Wigtown.
