Overview
Evan Chalice in an NPC you encounter during the graduate quest A Tale of Corruption. He is a local business owner who is planning on running for Mayor of Gnollberg Port. He asks for your help in advertising his campaign while also trying to find information on his fellow candidates to figure out who is tampering with the election.
