Anita is an NPC that you meet in the year six quest Troubled Waters. She is a boat owner who wonders why you are curious about using her boat. However, she is willing to lend you her boat for the price of a Yew Fishing Rod. You can find Anita located near her boat on the shore of Wigtown. Once completing Troubled Waters, one can talk to Anita at any time to travel to Ireland for a small fee.
