Overview
Simon is an NPC encountered during the graduate quest Well Water Well-Being. He is located on a farm just outside of Greenshore Harbour. When encountered, he asks for help investigating why his family’s crops have been poisoned. He sends players to his father, Frank, to see if he has any valuable information that could help.
