Overview
Homer is an NPC that you encounter during the graduate quest Scaly Suspicions. He is a middle-aged man who is very optimistic about other people. You first come across him when asking about information and the location of Jared Swain. Unfortunately, Homer is not familiar with Jared and instead suggests that you talk to other people around the town. You can find Homer standing in the streets of Greenshore Harbour.
