Overview
Homer is an NPC that is encountered during the graduate quest Scaly Suspicions. He is a middle-aged man who is very optimistic about other people. Players first come across him when asking about information and the location of Jared Swain. Unfortunately, Homer is not familiar with Jared and instead suggests that players talk to other people around the town. Homer can be found standing in the streets of Greenshore Harbour.
