Technology and Development Team
The Technology and Development department’s purpose is to create the very mechanics of Potterworld. They create the plug-ins that form the unique attributes of the server, such as magic, flying, and anything else the server needs. They also function as the bug-sweepers, searching through all material on Potterworld for bugs of any sort and then eradicating them.
Sub-Departments
Developers
Senior Developers - Shijun, DenizTM, yraaneq
The Developer team creates and manages all technology for Potterworld, whether that be fixing bugs, coming up with new plugins, or implementing them altogether.
Engineers
Senior Engineers - Abstract_Magi, KieranTM, Zmooya, SysterTM, xAutumnn
The Engineer team is responsible for designing the spells and mobs for the server.
Grounds Keepers
Lead - SysterTM
The Grounds Keeper team is responsible for the reporting, managing, and logging of all the bugs on the server.
Management
Each department has their own functioning Leadership team to help and guide the teams in the right direction. In Technology & Development’s case, this includes the Head of Technology, Head of Development, Head of Data, Head of Web Technology, Grounds Keeper Lead, Senior Engineers and Senior Developers.

The Head of Technology’s job is to communicate with the Head of Development to guide the department and the Engineers, although they have a stronger focus on the Grounds Keepers than their counterpart.

The Head of Development’s job is to communicate with the Head of Technology to guide the department and the Engineers, although they have a stronger focus on the Developers.
Head of Data
Werter
The Head of Data’s role is to manage and analyse the data that Potterworld receives and use it to make insights and help improve the server by communicating key points with the other Heads. However, this role does not involve the leadership of a specific sub-department and instead is a single management role.

The Head of Web Technology manages and oversees the Potterworld website and make decisions on the branding and design on web platforms. While, this role does not involve the leadership of a specific sub-department, they aid the Head of Development in overseeing the Web Developers.
