Overview
Evan Chalice in an NPC encountered during the graduate quest A Tale of Corruption. He is a local business owner who is planning on running for Mayor of Gnollberg Port. He asks for help in advertising his campaign while also trying to find information on his fellow candidates to figure out who is tampering with the election. Once this information is found Evan is very grateful and plans to take all the evidence to the authorities. Evan Chalice can be found located in Gnollberg Port.
