Overview
Byrne is an NPC located in Ireland, and he is the starting NPC to the quest The Big Game. Byrne is a Quabbleball player for the team Newcastle Elk, which is, as he describes it, one of the best teams in the league. Each member, including Byrne has their own custom-made gloves which make them very good at Quabbleball. Byrne is a very hard-working man who serves his team well, training week in and week out, while being a role model for the younger players of Newcastle Elk. He is an established player and recognised well across the league, along with the Irish National Team who have appeared in numerous Quabbleball World Cups. Most importantly, he is a very generous person, who looks out for others and mainly the team and its members so they can share glory.
