Event Tokens

Events throughout the year involve activities that players can participate in to gain Event Tokens. These Event Tokens can then be traded in for collectables at the event. Activities during events can include quests, multiplayer games, parkours, mazes, and other minigames.

Star Tokens

Star Tokens are the currency of the annual May the Fourth events. They are generally obtainable over the month of May, but the specific dates vary each year.

Earning Star Tokens

Star Tokens are achievable through the May the Fourth multiplayer games Star Racing, Star Battle, Star Battle: Domination, and Star Battle: Payload. Players can gain anywhere from 5 to 20 tokens in a game.

Using Star Tokens

At the yearly May the Fourth event, players use their Star Tokens to unlock incredible rewards. Players can purchase Lightsabers, Blasters, and a Star Wars emote pack. At the conclusion of the May the Fourth event, each Star Token is converted into Gold with the conversion 1 Star Token = 1 Gold.

Boo Bucks

Boo Bucks are the essential currency of the Halloween event. Players trade their Boo Bucks for Halloween themed collectables, such as the classic Pumpkin Pouch Beaded Handbag.

Earning Boo Bucks

Boo Bucks are obtained through the yearly Halloween event. Each year, the activities which give players Boo Bucks change. For example, the 2021 Boo Bucks were obtained through event quests, side quests, parkours, mazes, and rewards for playing multiplayer games.

Using Boo Bucks

Boo Bucks are used for Halloween collectables. These include Halloween spells such as Spoopify and Halloween Pumpkin Fireworks. There are also Beaded Handbag appearances available, as well as scarves, banners, and heads. At the end of the Halloween event, Boo Bucks are converted into Gold with the conversion 1 Boo Buck = 1 Gold.

Skele Coins

Skele Coins are not currently used in events. They are from the 2016 Halloween Event and were used as a precursor to Boo Bucks.

Earning Skele Coins

In the 2016 Halloween event, Hallows Eve Tokens were obtained through completing various activities in the event. Players could complete parkours, droppers, or mazes for such tokens. There was also an option to obtain Hallows Eve Tokens through chests hidden around Halloween builds, and through killing specific Halloween skull mobs. Each Hallows Eve Token was then traded for 1 Skele Coin.

Using Skele Coins

In the Halloween 2016 event, Skele Coins were collected and spent to buy Hallows Eve Bags. These bags were then opened for a trick or treat! Players could be treated to a Rare Candy item which was converted into a Boo Buck and spent to buy Halloween collectables.

Snowflakes

Snowflakes are the chosen event currency of the yearly winter holidays event. They have been used since the 2017 Winter Waltz as a reward for activities involved in the event.

Earning Snowflakes

Snowflakes are earned through participating in the multiplayer holiday games: Sledding, Snowballing, and Wand Spleef. They are also obtained through holiday-themed quests, and completing parkours, elytra courses, mazes, and ice skating courses.

Using Snowflakes

Snowflakes can be used at each winter holiday event, to obtain special holiday-themed gifts. These holiday items traditionally include a Snowman Beaded Handbag appearance, as well as banners, heads, scarves, and plushies. Each year there are some similarities and differences in the rewards given for the event.

Pride Tokens

Pride Tokens are the currency gained and used during the Pride events. These tokens have been around since the 2021 Pride Festival.

Earning Pride Tokens

Pride Tokens are obtained by completing the different activities available throughout the event. The activities vary each year, but usually consist of a couple of quests. Players are also able to earn them by playing the regular minigames while the event is going on.

Using Pride Tokens

Pride Tokens can be used to purchase the various rewards during the Pride events. These pride-themed items typically include collectables, banners, food, flags and scarves.

History

  • The first May the Fourth event went live in 2016 and did not use a currency called Star Tokens. Instead, these were just called tokens and were used to buy spells for a Saber. Once a player had purchased many spells they were able to obtain a Saber.
  • Boo Bucks and Skele Coins were both introduced in 2016, as part of the Halloween event.
  • Snowflakes were introduced in the 2017 winter holidays event, Holidays at Hogsworth. However, for this event, they were just labelled as Event Tokens. In 2018 they adopted the name of Snowflakes.
