Halloween 2016

Overview

The Halloween event began on October 31st and ended on November 14th, 2016. There were various activities, collectables, and a skin competition released with the event.

Storyline

This event didn’t follow a specific storyline, but it was to celebrate Halloween.

Location

The festivities took place in Wizendale, which is now known as Hogsend. The town was decorated in Halloween colours like orange and black. Most buildings consisted of cobwebs to fit the Halloween spirit. In addition, The Dwelling and The Hovel were decorated to fit the spooky season.

Quests

There were no main storyline quests during this event.

Side Quests

There were no side quests during this event.

Activities

During this event, there were six activities for the players to complete. This included the Halloween Parkour, Halloween Dropper, Halloween Maze, Token Hunt, Floating Skulls, and Hay Ride.

Halloween Parkour

The Halloween Parkour consisted of various stages with different styles of jumps. Players would have to face the challenges of ice, cacti, and even fences.

Halloween Dropper

This dropper had players falling through different obstacles to reach the bottom. The bottom consisted of water, where the player would then receive their reward.

Halloween Maze

In this activity, players had to go through a maze and locate chests that had Skele Coins. At the end of the maze, players would find an elf that gave them 5 Skele Coins as their reward.

Token Hunt

Around the map consisted of hidden chests, which contained Hallows Eve Tokens. The Hallows Eve Tokens could be right-clicked to transfer into Skele Coins.

Floating Skulls

In this activity, players had to travel to the Haunted Mansion. This is where there would be floating skulls to kill to receive Skele Coins.

Hay Ride

On the Hay Ride activity, players would travel through a Haunted House ride. The Haunted House itself was the interior of the Haunted Manor at the time, which is now called the Mysterious Manor.

Contests

Skin Competition

The skin competition was announced on October 31st and ended on November 4th. There were three categories, which were “Scariest”, “Funniest”, and “Cosplay”. Each category had its own set of winners. The first place received the Enchanted Pumpkin Hat, the second place got an Emote Pack of their choice, and the third-place received a Wand Effect of their choice.

Rewards & Collectables

Players could purchase rewards from an NPC throughout the duration of the event. The rewards cost players Boo Bucks. Players could trade 10 Skele Coins for 1 Boo Buck. The table below shows all of the rewards players could receive from the event.
