Overview
The black cylindrical house was owned by the Lovett family. There are many types of mismatched furniture. The small front yard is filled with a few magical plants. On the first floor of the home, there’s the kitchen, which can be seen with plenty of unwashed dishes. The second floor is Xanthius' office and the third floor has Lana’s bedroom. The interior of the house is interesting in its own way. From the colourful walls to the mismatched furniture, the Lovett family finds their home important to their hearts. This home had been untouched for many years until Henry Porter, Roland Weaselby, and Henrietta Graynder came to ask about Death’s Charms. However, Xanthius Lovett attempted to give Henry up to the Dark Followers. As the trio escaped with Appareo, The Hovel collapsed.
The Hovel can be found on the southern part of the map. It is located between Tristmoor and Wightwaye. The location can be visited at any level, but surrounding mobs are meant for players that are Level 35 and above. Flying on a broom is the best way to get to The Hovel.
Geography & Environment
This location is surrounded by grassy hills that are not too steep. There are also a few rivers nearby, which eventually lead to the ocean. Around the house, there are a few oaks and spruce trees. The climate is usually warm, but occasionally there is wind.

Creatures and Plants
Fweepers, Sneelers, and Hobgoblins can be found around The Hovel. A Fweeper can be found southwest of the location and they look like small, pink birds. Sneelers can be found to the west and are magical snails that can change colours. The Hobgoblins can be found to the east of The Hovel and they have varying looks, but maintain similar features to Goblins.
Hidden Chests
There are a few hidden chests throughout The Hovel. These chests can be hidden behind blocks and places players may not expect. Chests give off blue particles, which can help players differentiate them from normal chests. The chests can be Tier 1-3 and can give more or less Gold depending on the tier. They give mob drops between Levels 31-40. Level 31-40 gear pieces and broom recipes can also be found in these chests.

- The Lovett’s living room can be located on the second floor in addition to the office.
- Lana’s room is filled with pictures of people that are important in her life.
- There are hundreds of colours to be seen inside of The Hovel.
