Overview
After a few years since the last adventure with Via Oxley, the player has a troublesome encounter with a shady wizard in Shade Alley, which leads them to Merlin's Magical Hospital where a crisis is occurring. Via and the player work together to save the hospital.
Quest Progression
To begin the quest, speak to the Justin Fraser NPC in Shade Alley. He can be found near The White Wyvern.

Objective 1 - Help Shady Wizard
Description
Find out how you can help Justin Fraser.

- [1/3] Ahahahahah didn't your mum ever teach you about stranger danger?
- [2/3] Young witches and wizards are too easy to mess with.
- [3/3] Now right now, empty your pockets. Give me all your Gold and I will let you go unharmed. Don't test me or else.
A GUI asking how much Gold should be given to Justin will appear. No matter which option is chosen, Justin will have a hostile reaction and respond with one of these three dialogues:
If the player chooses “No Gold”
- [1/3] You think you are so brave, foolish child.
- [2/3] Maybe next time you will learn. Have fun finding your way to Merlin's Magical Hospital now.
- [3/3] Confundo!
If the player chooses “Some Gold”
- [1/3] I am not dumb, child. I know you have more than 100 Gold in your pockets.
- [2/3] Maybe next time you will learn. Have fun finding your way to Merlin's Magical Hospital now.
- [3/3] Confundo!
If the player chooses “A decent amount of Gold”
- [1/3] Good job, however, I don't play by the rules, even my own.

Objective 2 - Get Help
Description
Locate the nearest Fire Dust Network and get to Merlin's Magical Hospital for help.
Dialogue
- [1/2] Oh dear, you are in nasty shape. I can get you in with a nurse immediately.
- [2/2] Follow the magical trail I just casted to locate the room you will be assessed in.
After locating the room:
Via Oxley
- [1/5] Oh my goodness! [Player's username]!!
- [2/5] It has been so long since I have seen you- What on earth did you do?
- [3/5] Always getting into trouble aren't ya?
- [4/5] Just like when I first met you back in our third year...
- [5/5] Anyways, stay still and I will heal you up.
Objective 3 - Save Merlin’s Magical Hospital
Description
After speaking to Ariella Johnson in the Lobby, find and defeat the creatures that were accidentally let loose in the hospital. Then heal any patients trapped in the rooms with them.
- The Gastra has released a poisonous gas in the hallway leading to them. Find another way into the room.
- The Fyrespike has burnt the stairs leading to their location so you must jump through the rubble to get to them.
- The Bladeskin has gigantic tentacles lying across the hallways that you must dodge to reach them.
After you have defeated the creatures and aided the patients, return to Via Oxley!

- [1/6] I- I didn't mean to let them e-escape.
- [2/6] I reached into my case to grab my Bowleaf who was whining and tripped.
- [3/6] Three of my creatures escaped and I don't know where they went...
- [4/6] There is a [1 Gastra], [1 Fyrespike], and [1 Bladeskin] that are loose.
- [5/6] They are very dangerous, and they usually only cooperate in controlled environments.
- [6/6] Please save the patients that may have been trapped or hurt... I didn't... mean to put anyone in danger.
After the Gastra is dead:
Via Oxley
- [1/4] This is why we work together so well-
- [2/4] I am not the creature fighting type. However, I can help with the next part.
- [3/4] Over in the cabinet there should be an antidote, take it to the girl.
- [4/4] She seems dazed and is most likely poisoned.
After giving the girl an antidote:
Quinn Kelly
- [1/4] Es-tu infirmière?
- [2/4] My apologies, my English isn't the best.
- [3/4] Is that an antidote?
- [4/4] Merci ma cherie, I am already feeling merveilleuse!
After the Fyrespike is dead:
Via Oxley
- [1/3] Watch your step, there is a lot of fire.
- [2/3] I think there is something for burns on the counter.
- [3/3] I can see from here that the creature burned this man's arm quite a bit so hurry and get it to him.
After giving the man burn cream:

- [1/3] How on earth did that... monster... make its way into your hospital?
- [2/3] It seems you need better security.
- [3/3] Anyways, thank you for healing my arm.
After the Bladeskin is dead:

- [1/4] Ugh *shudder*
- [2/4] So many tentacles- sharp ones at that.
- [3/4] The only thing to heal slice wounds like that is Murtlett Essence.
- [4/4] Retrieve it from the floor since it got knocked over and then take it to that poor little boy.
After giving the boy Murtlett Essence:

- [1/4] Thank you, Miss Nurse!
- [2/4] That stuff makes my cuts feel better.
- [3/4] I can't believe you are so brave and stopped the scary thing.
- [4/4] I can't wait to tell my mummy!
Via Oxley
- [1/6]Once again, [player’s username] swoops in and helps save the day.
- [2/6]You really should consider a career in healing, you have a gift.
- [3/6]Oh! I almost forgot during all the chaos.
- [4/6]When I last saw Madam Lillian she gave me this to get to you.

Tips
- Follow the slime blocks and locate the vent entrance to get to the Gastra.
- Be prepared with the Mollio spell when looking for the Fyrespike.
- Dodge the stone buttons in the hospital sewers. They act like very sharp and long razor blades.
