Overview
Coby Lowe is an NPC you may encounter during the graduate quest The Walden Dilemma. He is one of Marley Hamilton’s neighbours in East Walden that Marley asks you to help out. Coby is in charge of the power that runs through a majority of the houses in West Walden.
