Overview
Eduard Francis is an NPC encountered during the graduate quest The Walden Dilemma. He is found in West Walden, where he can be helped during the fourth objective of the quest. If the player chooses to accept Eduard’s task, they’ll have to check on a delivery. The player will have to go to the phone booth and dial 736-555-2672 to see what they have to say about Eduard’s produce delivery. After doing that, Eduard will be thankful and send the player on their way.
