Rank Descriptions

Scribe Publisher

Scribe Publishers are staff members responsible for writing, editing and implementing the pages placed on the Potterworld Wikipedia that all the community will be able to see. They are tasked with searching for the information that will be seen by the community, which can be found through their partnerships with the other various Potterworld departments. Additionally, they provide feedback to their fellow team members and manage the Wiki, ensuring it is kept up-to-date.

Scribe Advisor

Scribe Advisors inherit the responsibilities of the Scribe Publishers, as well as take on some leadership responsibilities to help the overall productivity of the team and reduce the workload of the Lead Scribe.

Lead Scribe

Lead Scribes are the lead(s) of the Scribe team. They help manage the team and assign all of the pages to the Scribe Interns and Publishers. They are in charge of making sure that the day to day performance of the team is up to standard, and they also manage the Scribe applications, interviews, and hirings.
