Overview

Thunderhawks are Level 28, aggressive mobs you can find on Potterworld. They are located in their nests close to Wightwaye. In the Electric Curation quest, you will encounter Thunderhawks, as you will be needing one of their drops. Their drops are also used for professions.

These majestic birds are certainly a sight that will dazzle your eyes. The silky feather coat of this magical bird is white with gold at the edges of its wings. When the Thunderhawk opens up its wings, the gold colouring is sure to be striking if the sun is out. This mob has three pairs of wings in total, which help it to fly. Similar to the wings, the beak of this bird is gold. On the other end of the Thunderhawk is its tail, which consists of many feathers at the tail end.

Thunderhawks’ appearances do change from time to time. During their blazing storms, the colouring of this magical bird turns into a harsh blue. However, this could harm the creature. This coat is much more obvious than their usual white and gold feathers and leaves them vulnerable to predators and other threatening presences. Luckily, the Thunderhawk can sense danger nearby, which helps to protect them during this time without camouflage.

Behaviour and Defence

Thunderhawks are quick-moving creatures, approaching anything swiftly. Even if you do not approach the mob, it will attack you due to its aggressive nature. This dominant offensive side makes up for their lack of defensive skill.

The total health of a Thunderhawk is 495 HP. Their melee attack, missile, deals 99 damage when they are near you. This mob also has two special attacks, dash and an AOE. If any of these three attacks are dealt on you from a distance, they will deal 165 damage.

Habitat

You can find Thunderhawks located in nests made of branches north of Wightwaye. Close to their homes are the nodes for Puffing Pod Lvl. 20, which can be used in professions!

Defeat

When defeated, there are multiple items that Thunderhawks could potentially drop. One of these items is a Lvl 21-30 Gear Piece since this mob is Level 28. The three creature-specific drops are Thunderhawk Dung, Thunderhawk Feather, and Thunderhawk Heart. These drops can be used in a variety of potions and food items, specifically the Puffing Pod Fudge III, Jester’s Stew III, Jester’s Tea III, and Transformation Tonic III.
