Overview
Mrs. Mulpepper is an NPC you encounter during the third year quest, Scribbler Letdown. As the wife of Mr. Mulpepper, Mrs. Mulpepper can be found working in a uniform inside Mr. Mulpepper’s Apothecary, which is a blue building across from Jollivan’s Wand Shop on Diagonal Lane in London. James Hordan, a friend of Mrs. Mulpepper, will refer you to her for assistance with the Hijinx mixture and the newspapers since she is a great potioneer. Upon speaking to Mrs. Mulpepper, she will test your potioneering abilities with a quiz before handing you a solution to the potion problem. She values knowledge and takes after a caring mother, gentling warning you to be careful next time.
