Overview
Celeste is a devoted member of the Temporal Coven- a group dedicated to studying anomalies of time, or any uses of a Temporal Turner! She’s key in The Truth About Wighenge quest, to help players study the time abnormalities associated with the town. Celeste can be found outside in Wigtown waiting near Wighenge! Furthermore, Celeste can be encountered later with the quest The Walden Redux!
