Overview
Fluffle Puffs are Level 14, neutral mobs on Potterworld. They are currently located in the forest southeast of Hogsend near the Haunted Shack. In order to defeat and survive Fluffle Puffs, low-levelled gear is necessary. Their exclusive mob drops are required in the quests Sneaky Students and Promoting S.P.E.W..
Fluffle Puffs are creatures bred by the Weasleby brothers, Gregory and Finn. They usually do not do much besides rolling around and squeaking. However, they are a popular creature in high demand that many people wish to purchase. Gregory and Finn usually sell Fluffle Puffs in their shop, Wacky Wizarding Wonders, but they can also be bought in an area southeast of Hogsend. The fluffle puffs look like tiny balls of pink and purple fur. If you come across of group of Fluffle Puffs, it is called a poffle.
Behaviour & Defence
Upon entering the forest near the Haunted Shack, Fluffle Puffs will begin to spawn. However, they will only begin to attack if a player attacks them first. While they are tiny creatures, they can cause quite a bit of damage if a player does not have gear on.
Fluffle Puffs have a total of 150 HP each. Their basic attack deals 30 damage and they have one special attack known as a swipe. This special attack deals 75 damage.
Fluffle Puffs do not do much besides rolling around and squeaking. However, when antagonised, keeping a distance from a Fluffle Puff helps to avoid both their basic and special attack.
Habitat
Fluffle Puffs can be found wandering around the snowy forest near the Haunted Shack; this is located southeast of Hogsend. Additionally, Wormwood Lvl. 10 nodes can be found scattered around the surrounding forest area.
Defeat
As a Level 14 mob, Fluffle Puffs have the chance of dropping exclusive mob drops. These drops include Fluffle Puff Fur, Fluffle Puff Meat, and Fluffle Puff Tail. Additionally, like most other types of mobs, they also have a rare chance of dropping Lvl 11-20 Gear Pieces. The Fluffle Puff mob drops can also be used to craft profession items such as Puffing Pod Fudge II, Jester's Stew II, White Cocoacursed Tea II, and Hijinx Mixture II.
