Overview
Sara and Jaylen are a couple that need your help before they come to adopt. Help them prepare for adopting a child by creating new toys at the famous Build-A-Plush Toyshop in Hogsend.
Quest Progression
To begin this quest, talk with the Sara NPC in her house near the Werewolf Shelter in Hogsend.
Dialogue
- [1/5] Oh hello there! I'm Sara and this is my husband, Jaylen.
- [2/5] You see, we were going to go adopt today because we thought we had everything set up, but it turns out we were missing the most important thing. Toys!
- [3/5] I think I've got a couple toys from when I was a kid somewhere around here, but I really wanted to get a brand new plushie too.
- [4/5] We heard that recently a new toy shop opened opposite the Werewolf Shelter. If I'm not mistaken, it's called Tobias' Toys & Plushies.
- [5/5] We'll look and see if we can find other toys. In the meantime, could you go to the shop and talk to the toymaker for us?
Objective 1 - Find Tobias' Toys and Plushies
Description
The new toy shop has opened opposite the Werewolf Shelter. Go speak to Toymaker Tobias about getting a plushie.
Dialogue
- [1/5] Welcome to Tobias' Toys & Plushies! My name is Tobias.
- [2/5] So you're looking to buy a plushie? Ah, well this toy shop is different than most. Here you build your plushie yourself! That way it has more sentimental value.
- [3/5] You can make a Lunarcalf plushie at no cost today, but only because I am low on materials since we just opened.
- [4/5] From fighting nearby creatures you'll need [5 Arachtella Silk], [4 Thestry Mane] on the outskirts of Hogsend, and [2 Fluffle Puff Fur] from Fluffle Puffs by the Haunted Shack. You'll also need [1 Grey Dye], but you can get that from the storage upstairs.
- [5/5] Come back and let me know when you have gotten all of those materials!
Objective 2 - Acquire the materials and talk to Tobias
Description
Collect [5 Arachtella Silk] and [4 Thestry Mane] from Thestrys on the outskirts of Hogsend, obtain [2 Fluffle Puff Fur] from the Fluffle Puffs by the Haunted Shack, and find [1 Grey Dye] in the attic of the toy shop. Then, return back to the toy shop and talk to Tobias.
Dialogue
- [1/4] Welcome back! Did you get all the materials?
- [2/4] Fantastic! Before making the plushie, there is one last thing you'll need.
- [3/4] Here's [1 Lucky Charm]. It's extremely important that you put this in the plushie. It will give the plushie good energy and bring good luck to the owner.
- [4/4] Feel free to use the toymaking station behind you to make [1 Lunarcalf Plushie]!
Objective 3 - Create the Lunarcalf Plushie
Description
Using all the materials, create [1 Lunarcalf Plushie] at Tobias' toymaking station.
Objective 4 - Deliver the Finished Plushie to Sara and Jaylen
Description
Bring the finished [1 Lunarcalf Plushie] to Sara and Jaylen.
Dialogue
- [1/3] Did you have any luck making the plushie?
- [2/3] Wow, this plushie is adorable! It's also so well made that I wouldn't have been able to tell that it was not made by a toymaker.
- [3/3] Thank you so much for making this for us! You helped us so much and we're very grateful. Here's a little something for all you've done.
Tips
- Sometimes you will not get the mob drops you need right away. It is easy to get frustrated in this case, so feel free to take a break. Mob drops can also be found in nearby hidden chests.
- Hogsend is a big place, so it is easy to get lost. If you need assistance, look around on the map.
