Overview
Emiliah Yiles grew up as the child of a single mother, Esmee Yiles. Always one who loved to travel, Esmee met Abbott Mintz while they were both staying in Appleby Village. By the time she found out she was pregnant with Emiliah, they had both separated ways in their travels. Despite her best efforts, Esmee was never able to find Abbott again. Terrified at the thought of raising Emiliah alone, she moved back to her hometown of Gnollberg Port where her parents still resided. Born in the family home, Emiliah grew up loved by her mother and grandparents.
When she was of age, she received the expected invitation to Hogsworth. Instead of being sorted into Honeybadger, as everyone expected, she was instead sorted into Griffin. Even at Hogsworth, she found herself excelling at Herbology, receiving an Outstanding grade when she graduated.
After graduation, she moved back to Gnollberg Port. Soon after, her favourite local candy shop was bought out by a large brand. Furious, she sought a way to stand up for local businesses. Deciding the best way to do that was through politics, she submitted herself as a candidate for the upcoming mayoral election. Throughout the election, she grew close with her three opponents, especially Stephanie Bloques. After the election, they began to go out on dance and their romance progressed.
Even though Emiliah lost the election, she did not lose her love for local businesses. She opened her own business, a flower shop filled to the brim with colourful flowers. Always kind-hearted, in her free time, she makes flower wraiths for the children in town.
Situated outside of her Gnollberg Port house, players can talk to Emiliah Yiles for the A Tale of Corruption quest. In the mayoral election, she stands up for local businesses and wishes to reduce importing and exporting from larger towns and cities.
